Junia Kimizuka-Conniff, CNP received her Bachelor of Science in Nursing degree from Winona State University in 2007.  She went to Metropolitan State University in St. Paul and received her Master’s Degree in Nursing in 2014.  Junia has been certified as  a Neuroscience Registered Nurse since 2012 and holds a national certification with the American Nurses Credentialing Center as an Adult Nurse Practitioner since 2014.

Prior to becoming a Nurse Practitioner, Junia worked as a Registered Nurse at Abbott Northwestern Hospital in the Neuroscience / Epilepsy Inpatient Unit. After graduation as a Certified Nurse Practitioner, Junia worked as a Family Nurse Practitioner for Allina Health Clinic in Cokato, MN.

Junia is fluent in Portuguese and English with a working knowledge of Spanish.   Junia sees patients in our Minneapolis clinic and in-patients at Abbott Northwestern Hospital.
